Dr Edeghagba Eghosa Elijah is an Associate Professor of Mathematics and Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Muhibbah Open University, where he provides academic leadership for postgraduate education, research and scholarly development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Lagos State University (LASU), a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from the University of Benin (UNIBEN), and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics from the University of Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia.
A respected scholar, Dr Elijah specialises in Algebraic Fuzzy and Soft Set Theory and its applications. His research focuses on developing advanced mathematical models that address complex theoretical and real-world challenges, reflecting a strong commitment to scientific discovery, innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Throughout his academic career, he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervised research projects and contributed to curriculum development, helping to advance scholarship while mentoring the next generation of researchers and professionals.
