Which computing programmes can I study at AOU?

Do I need previous programming or coding experience?
No. Our programmes begin with foundational computing concepts before progressively introducing advanced programming, software development, and specialised technologies.
Will this degree prepare me for a career in technology?
Yes. Our curriculum combines academic excellence with practical, industry-relevant learning to prepare graduates for careers in software development, cybersecurity, data science, systems analysis, cloud computing, and other technology-related fields. Can I complete the programme entirely online?
Yes. All programmes are delivered through our modern digital learning platform, allowing you to study from anywhere while accessing lectures, learning materials, assessments, and academic support at your convenience.
Are AOU's computing programmes recognised and approved?
Yes. Al-Muhibbah Open University is licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC), and all programmes are delivered in accordance with applicable regulatory standards and quality assurance requirements.
How long does it take to complete the programme?
Most undergraduate programmes are completed in four years through the 100 Level admission pathway, with shorter durations available for eligible Direct Entry applicants.
