Hajiya Ladi Ibrahim is an accomplished, performance driven Public Administration and Communication professional with 20+ years in the Non-governmental and Education sector. Over the years she has gathered vast amount of experience in Public Personal Management and Human Capital Development.

Her passion for Human Capital Development led her to choose a career in the Non-governmental and Education space where she has worked in organizations such as United Nation’s Children’s Education Fund (UNICEF), Foundation for Ethnic Harmony in Nigeria (FEHN), Nigerian Turkish Nile University and recent Al-Muhibbah Foundation before her redeployment to Al-Muhibbah Open University as the Director, Business Development and Human Capital Development.

Hajiya Ladi Ibrahim has undertaken various certification within and outside Nigeria which include BA Theatre Arts from the Universty of Jos, MPA Public Personnel Management from the National Open University of Nigeria and Kingian Nonviolence Conflict Management Certificates from the Center for Non-Violence and Peace Studies, University of Rhode Island, Kingston, USA. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

She is happily married with children.
